1. It's satire
Hooker Links is a work of satire and parody. Everything here — the brand, the slogans, the fictional clubs, the two robins — is comedic commentary on the culture of elite golf and gatekept membership clubs. “Castle Pines” is a city in Douglas County, Colorado, used by a municipal government, multiple golf courses, schools, and businesses; no single club owns the name. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any specific golf club.
2. Founding Fathers submissions
When you submit an idea through the Founding Fathers Portal and check the consent box, you grant Hooker Links a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, and commercialize that idea in any medium, including on products. You represent that the idea is yours to give.
Compensation is the credited recognition and perks described on the site (the “glory”). No monetary payment is owed unless separately agreed in writing. We are not obligated to use any submission.
3. Accounts, orders & content
You agree not to submit unlawful content, genuine slurs, or targeted harassment. We may remove submissions and refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. Prices, products, and availability may change.
4. No warranty; limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hooker Links is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
